OUR HISTORY - Are you the creators of the magnetic cuff ?

Delphine and Jenny, two young Parisian women, met on the wildest summer of their lives on the legendary Rio de Janeiro beach. Hipanema was born in 2012 with an exclusive collection of magnetic cuffs. Between them, they are revolutionising the world of costume jewellery with an innovative concept and colourful ideas.

OUR STORY - How long has the brand been around ?

Hipanema was born in 2012 with an exclusive collection of magnetic cuffs. Building on the success of the cuffs, an innovation that has become a symbol, in 2014 Hipanema gave birth to a brand of accessories and ready-to-wear, Amenapih (Wild), which takes on ethnic and Brazilian inspirations.

Here are the different payment methods available:

MY ORDER - I want to change my order. What should I do ?

You can contact us by sending an e-mail with your order number to the following address: shop@hipanema.com. We can modify your order if it has not yet been prepared.

MY ORDER - How can I track the progress of my order ?

By logging into your account, you can track your order at any time in the "My orders" section. Click on the reference of your order and you will be directly redirected to the carrier's website where you will be able to access your tracking number.

MY ORDER - I would like to cancel my order. Is this possible ?

You can contact us by sending an e-mail with your order number to the following address: shop@hipanema.com. We can cancel your order if it has not yet been prepared.

MY ORDER - I've received a faulty item. What should I do ?

If you have received a faulty product, you can contact our after-sales service via the form or by email at the following address: shop@hipanema.com. 

MY ORDER - I've received the wrong item. What should I do ?

If you have received the wrong product, you can contact our customer service department via the form or by email with your order number and a photo of the item received at the following address: shop@hipanema.com. 

MY ORDER - My order is missing an item. What should I do ?

If an item is missing from your order, you can contact our customer service department using the form or by email with your order number to the following address: shop@hipanema.com. 

MY ORDER - I have a promotional code, how can I use it ?

The code must be added at the time of payment. It cannot be combined with other promotions. If you have only selected products on special offer, it will not work.

MY ORDER - Is it possible to personalise my cuff as I wish ?

In the BRACELETS / PERSONALISED BRACELETS section, you can design your cuff from A to Z and choose every detail. 

MY ACCOUNT - Can I see the history of my orders ?

We invite you to go to your personal space, where all your validated orders are recorded.

MY ACCOUNT - How is my personal data protected ?

We attach great importance to protecting your personal information. For more information on this subject, please consult our confidentiality policy.

DELIVERY - What are the delivery times and types?

Here are the different delivery times for metropolitan France: 

-> 24 to 48 hours for express delivery (working days)

-> 2 to 4 days for home delivery with or without signature (working days)

-> 2 to 5 days for delivery to a relay point (working days)

DELIVERY - How much time do I have to collect my parcel from a collection point ?

You have ten days in which to collect your parcel from a collection point.

DELIVERY - My order has not been delivered. What should I do ?

You can check the status of your order on your account and the progress of the parcel via the tracking link sent to you by email. If you have any questions, please contact us by email at shop@hipanema.com. 

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS - I want to change the size of a product. What is the procedure ?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your purchase. You can request an exchange for another size from your customer account, with the exception of Lab Bracelets which are neither refundable nor exchangeable as they are made to measure. 

To do this, please go to your HIPANEMA account and request a return for exchange.

To do this, simply follow the various steps in the MY ACCOUNT / MY ORDERS section on www.hipanema.com :

Tick the products you wish to return

Choose the type of return "EXCHANGE" and select the desired size

Print out the retraction form and slip it into the parcel 

Deposit your registered letter in a letterbox or your colissimo at the Post Office.

Return postage costs are at the customer's expense. Your items must be returned to us at the following address:

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS - want to return my order. What is the procedure ?

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your purchases for a refund if they are not to your liking, with the exception of Lab Bracelets, which are neither refundable nor exchangeable as they are made to measure.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS - When and how will I be reimbursed for the cost of the item ?

We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your parcel, using the same payment method you used to place your order. The refund will be made within 5 to 7 working days.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS - Do you have a jewellery repair service ?

We have an after-sales service available when a problem is encountered with a product. We endeavour to find a solution for each customer: repair, exchange following a defect, etc. 

You can make your request via the contact form or by email shop@hipanema.com. 

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS - How do I look after my jewellery ?

Jewellery must be worn and stored with the utmost care. As this is costume jewellery, we advise against getting water, cream or perfume on your jewellery.

When you're not wearing them, make sure you put them back in your pouch, away from light and in a dry place.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS - Are the materials you use hypoallergenic ?

Our jewellery is made from nickel-free plated brass, which makes our pieces hypoallergenic.

PRODUCTS AND STOCKS - How do I choose my size ?

The size guide is available on each product page. 

PRODUCTS AND STOCKS - Will an item be available again ?

In order to be alerted when the product is available again, you can click on the "notify me when the product is available" button on the product sheet. If you wish to know the availability of a product, you can contact us by email at shop@hipanema.com.

Our logistics provider is part of a group that is committed to reducing its environmental footprint as much as possible and ensuring responsible social practices. Their actions focus on 4 main areas:

Our logistics provider holds 2 certifications, ISO 14001 (managing and reducing the impact on the environment on an ongoing basis) and ISO 9001 (implementing appropriate systems to offer a consistent, high level of service).
